Music Inc operates out of

Product Usability: With the endless array of advanced

at first, however there are several easy to follow user

Technical Support group walked us through any steps we had

were a few obscure tracks we had difficulty locating, but
after 'tweaking' our search technique, and some assistance
from the support group, we were able to locate them.

The software they provide will actually
filter out any corrupted files with an advanced screening

speeds: We have a
relatively fast Internet connection in our office, however
even with this fast connection we were surprised at the
speed of the downloads. Some of the more popular tracks
that we selected actually downloaded
in less than 30 seconds!

for most versions of Windows (95, 98, ME, NT, 2000 and XP),

Customer Service: We've only dealt
with their Customer Service team on one occasion (when we
requested access for this review), however they

Technical
Support: Perhaps the main reason why we've rated
this site #1, their Technical Support is second-to-none.
Like their Customer Service team, they
responded promptly and courteously to our request
for assistance. We're not certain how many support personnel
they staff, however they were always
right on top of our emails. The only method of support
they offer is via email, but we were satisfied with the
results. Their staff are technically adept and seem to have
knowledge on all aspects of music downloading, including
the integration of hardware and software.

Help/FAQs:
This
would be the 2nd reason why we've placed My Music Inc in
the #1 spot. Their development and
design team has created a members-only area which is user-friendly,
eye-catching and chalked full of information. When
logging in we were first presented with a getting started
guide for first-time members, and then we found the main
area which gave us access to loads of free utilities, FAQ
pages, interactive user guides, and much, much more. We
were VERY impressed with the completeness of this site,
and the level of effort that must have been put in to compile
it.
