Product Usability: The software offered by iMusicSearch
is very powerful and intuitive with advanced
search and download capabilities...it certainly makes
finding your favorite music much easier!

availability: During
our review there was only 1 of more than 100 songs that
we searched for and were unable to locate.

Quality/Usability: The
quality of the music downloads is very high...all music
files we downloaded played without interruption and sounded
just like CD quality audio tracks.
Download
speeds: We're using
a very fast Internet connection from our office, so we had
no troubles getting the music downloaded, in
most cases, in less than 5 minutes.
Software
compatibility: iMusicSearch
offers software for most versions of Windows (95, 98, ME,
NT, 2000 and XP), as well as Mac (OS X and Classic) and
Linux.

Benefits: iMusicSearch
offers several benefits to their members, including CD/DVD

Customer Service: We've only dealt
with their Customer Service team on one occasion (when we
requested access for this review), however they
responded promptly and courteously, offering whatever
we needed to complete this review.
Technical
Support: Similar to the service we have rated #
1, iMusicSearch's
Technical Support is top-notch. Like their Customer Service
team, they responded promptly and
courteously to our request for assistance. We believe
they have a small support staff, however we never had to
wait longer than 24 hours for support (most of the time
it was less than 12 hours). The only method of support they
offer is via email, but we were satisfied with the results.
Online
Help/FAQs:
iMusicSearch's
online member site is also top-notch in our books. There
is a wealth of information
available, along with an online technical support tool we
could use to communicate with their Technical Support group...impressive
support integration! We were also
VERY impressed with the completeness of this site,
and the level of effort that must have been put in to create
it.
